At Champion Technique, we believe every community deserves access to world-class coaching, innovative programs, and opportunities that build confidence for life. Our mission is to empower individuals—young and old—to discover their potential, unlock new skills, and become champions in and out of the water.
Champion Technique began with a simple question:
What happens when a passionate coach sees a community with untapped potential?
When Coach Jason and his family moved to Walsh in 2020, they were surprised to find that Aledo—a town full of energy and promise—had no public swimming pools, no year-round swim teams, and not even a summer league for young swimmers. For a 30-year swim coach and instructor, this wasn’t just a gap—it was a calling.
Determined to make a difference, Jason helped launch the Walsh Wahoos and served as their head coach for the team’s first two summers. But he knew there was more he could do. So, he did what champions do: he got creative.
With no year-round swimming options in Aledo, Jason put an above-ground pool in his garage and started teaching lessons and coaching year-round—right from home. Word spread quickly. Families saw real progress, real results, and a community began to grow.
Today, Champion Technique is expanding to a brand new location in Hudson Oaks, opening the door for families across Aledo, Weatherford, and Brock to experience year-round swimming, expert coaching, and a culture built on bold progress.
We’re on a mission to bring a 25-yard pool—and year-round swimming opportunities—to Aledo and beyond. Champion Technique is more than a swim school; it’s a promise to our community:
Where there’s a need, we’ll find a way. Where there’s a dream, we’ll build the path.
Whether you’re looking for swim lessons, competitive training, or a community that believes in bold dreams and big results, Champion Technique is here for you.
Let’s make waves—together.
